This electric vehicle production line adopts a modern assembly line operation mode, specially designed for the large-scale manufacturing of two-wheeled electric motorcycles and electric bicycles. Integrating modular layout, standardized operation and intelligent management, the entire line enables efficient full-process production from parts assembly to finished vehicle roll-off.
The production line features a three-dimensional design combining an overhead conveying system and a ground plate chain line. As shown in the diagram, orange overhead rails run through the entire workshop, paired with spiral spring hangers, which not only save ground space but also facilitate smooth transfer of vehicle bodies between stations. A blue tooling plate chain line is installed on the ground to support the main frame, forming a double-layer operation system with upper and lower coordination. This design allows workers to perform assembly operations at the most suitable height, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving operational comfort.
Following the principle of "Assembly first, inspection later; Sectional control", the production line mainly includes the following processes:
The production line adopts takt time production management. With a scientifically set production tact (usually 3–5 minutes per unit), the single-line daily capacity reaches 300–500 units. Reasonable work-in-progress buffers are set between stations, supported by the Andon system to ensure rapid response to abnormal problems. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) exceeds 85%.
The production line integrates a full-process quality traceability system. Each station is equipped with a process guidance board and an inspection recording terminal. Electric tightening tools are used at key torque points with automatic data collection to ensure assembly consistency. Before roll-off, all vehicles must undergo verification including rain test and road test track inspection to guarantee ex-factory quality.
With a modular design, the production line can quickly switch between different models (such as electric motorcycles, light electric motorcycles and electric bicycles) by adjusting tooling and fixtures, meeting the flexible production requirements of multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing. Reserved expansion interfaces support subsequent intelligent upgrades such as automated assembly robots and AGV logistics systems.
